    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup Date Chocolate Spread (made from dates, hazelnuts, and dark chocolate
    • 1 cup Rolled Oats
    • 1/4 cup Chopped Hazelnuts
    • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    • 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup (for sweetness)
    • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
    • A pinch of Salt
    • Optional toppings: Chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or cocoa powder for rolling
    • Instructions

    • Cooking Time :  15 min
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the Date Chocolate Spread, rolled oats, chopped hazelnuts, unsweetened cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
    • Mix everything together until you have a thick, uniform mixture.
    • Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes. This will make it easier to handle.
    • Once chilled, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
    • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
    • If desired, roll the energy bites in chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or cocoa powder for added texture and flavor.
    • Place the energy bites on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
    • Once they are firm, transfer them to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. These energy bites can be kept for up to a week.
