    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
    • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or any milk of your choice)
    • 2 tablespoons Date Chocolate Spread (made from dates, hazelnuts, and dark chocolate)
    • 1 tablespoon Chopped Hazelnuts
    • 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    • 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
    • A pinch of Salt
    • Fresh berries or banana slices for topping (optional)
    • Instructions

    • Cooking Time :  15 min
    • In a mason jar or airtight container, combine rolled oats, almond milk, date chocolate spread, chopped hazelnuts, unsweetened cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup (if using), and a pinch of salt.
    • Stir the mixture until all the ingredients are well combined.
    • In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
    • Top your chocolate hazelnut overnight oats with fresh berries or banana slices for a fruity contrast (optional).
