Hazelnut Chocolate Spread Pancakes:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg or 1 tablespoons Flax egg ( for eggless substitute)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Instructions

  • Cooking Time :  15 min
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg / flax egg , and melted butter.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Don’t overmix; a few
  • Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  • Spread a generous amount of hazelnut chocolate spread on each pancake and serve warm.
